Today is your day to be counted!

We count all the time. We count lots of things: members, injustices, days on a hunger strike, marches, years we have been fighting for a better world, smiling children at meetings, tears for fallen leaders, anniversaries, and victories. Now it is time to count ourselves.

Today, Census Day, we are asking you, Why do you count? And we want some answers.

This contest is a part of our Yes We Count Florida campaign, a statewide canvass operation reaching over 80,000 households. MWC is working with Florida Immigrant Coalition and Florida New Majority to make this campaign happen in the state, and the Right to the City Alliance to make this campaign happen nationally.
